United Solutions

We are up on the 3rd floor at 76/6-1 in Vijaya Nagar. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if you aren't used to them, but it’s good exercise. Our space is pretty simple. We have some computers set up and a table where we discuss what needs to happen for the day. We call ourselves United Solutions, which basically means we try to fix whatever problems our clients bring to us. It could be anything from data entry to helping someone organize their office systems. We don't have a big team, so everyone ends up doing a little bit of everything. One day I might be filing papers and the next I’m trying to figure out a software issue. It’s not always glamorous work, but it fills the day. Vijaya Nagar is a good location for us, even if the parking can be a bit of a struggle sometimes. We have some windows that look out over the street, which is nice when we need a break from looking at the monitors. We try to keep a regular schedule, but sometimes things pile up and we stay a little later than planned. We don't have a big reception area, so when people come up, they usually just walk right into the middle of whatever we are doing. It’s just how we operate. We just handle the tasks as they come in and try to stay organized.
