We've been at this spot in Bangalore for a while now, tucked inside the Mathrusree Enterprises building on Nagashetty Hally Main Road. If you know the Sanjay Nagar area, you know how the traffic gets during peak hours, but it’s a good place to be. We are at number 170. Most days start with someone opening up the front gate while the tea stalls nearby begin their morning rush. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls, just a practical space where we get things done. People often walk past on their way to the post office or heading deeper into the neighborhood. The building has its quirks, like the way the sun hits the front windows in the afternoon. We spend a lot of time here, drinking coffee and looking over paperwork or handling whatever comes through the door. It’s a local operation, and we like that we are easy to find once you get off the main road. Sometimes it’s quiet, other times it’s quite noisy with the bikes passing by. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. Just a desk, some chairs, and a group of people who have worked together long enough to know how each other likes their tea. It’s just us here at Unitech Business Inc in Sanjay Nagar, keeping things moving every day without making too much of a fuss about it.
