Uniphos Agro Industries Limited

Uniphos Agro Industries Limited is based out of Jain Arcade, which is located in the Thimmareddy Layout area near Murugesh Palaya. We are right off Airport Road, so there is always the sound of traffic and the occasional plane overhead. The office is in block I of the arcade. It’s a fairly straightforward place without any of the bells and whistles you see in the new tech parks nearby. We have a set of rooms where the different parts of our agro business are handled. Most of the desks are covered in ledgers, maps, and technical reports. It’s a place where we do a lot of thinking and planning. We don't have a uniform or a strict corporate culture. People here usually just wear what’s comfortable and get on with their tasks. The kitchen area is small, mostly just a place to boil water for tea and store a few tiffins. We’ve had some of the same staff for a long time, so we all know how each other works. Sometimes the traffic on Airport Road makes it hard for people to get here on time, so we’ve learned to be a bit flexible with the morning start. It’s an honest workplace where we focus on the agricultural side of things and try to stay on top of the industry changes. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to do our work well in this little corner of the layout.
