Our office is over at 1337 Muninagappa Layout in the K.B. Sandra area of R.T. Nagar. Unipar Energy Systems Pvt Ltd is basically just a group of us working out of this location. It’s a residential-style neighborhood that’s turned into a bit of a business hub over time. Finding the right layout can be a bit of a challenge if you’re new to the area, but we like it here. It’s quiet enough to get work done but close enough to the main roads to be convenient. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights. It’s just a standard building where we handle our energy system work. We’ve been here for a good while and the neighbors know us. It’s a very grounded way to run a company. We don't spend money on expensive decor or corporate branding. Most of our time is spent just making sure the systems we work on are doing what they’re supposed to do. It’s honest work and we take it seriously without being too stiff about it. Sometimes we have tea outside and chat with the other folks in the layout when we take a break. It feels more like a community than a cold business district. That’s just the way we prefer things. We just want to do our job and go home to our families. It’s a simple life and a simple way of working.
