Union Hardware

You can find Union Hardware at number 71/1 in the Ragipet area, right by the City Market. Being this close to the market means it is almost never quiet. There is a constant stream of carts, trucks, and people moving through the narrow lanes outside. Our shop is packed tight with all sorts of hardware supplies. We have everything from heavy chains to small washers, though you might have to ask us where they are hidden. We use every inch of space we have, even hanging things from the ceiling hooks to make room. It is a bit of a maze inside, but it is our maze. The air is often filled with the sound of the market—shouting, honking, and the clatter of goods being moved. We usually have a hot tea sitting on the counter, often forgotten until it goes cold because we got busy. It is a rugged kind of place, with concrete floors and metal shelves that have seen a lot of use. We do not really bother with any fancy lighting; the natural light from the front door does most of the work. People come to us because we are right in the thick of it. We know the other shopkeepers around here, and we often help each other out when things get hectic. It is a tough environment sometimes, especially when it gets hot, but we have been part of City Market for a long time.
