Our place is located at 60 A on the Bommasandra Link Road. We’re right in the heart of the Bommasandra Industrial Area, so as you can imagine, it’s a very busy and dusty part of town. There are always trucks moving and machines humming in the background. Unikelvin Ventures Pvt Ltd operates out of a fairly standard industrial unit. It’s a large, open space that we’ve divided up to suit our needs. We have the main work floor and then a small area where we handle the administrative stuff. It’s not the kind of place you’d come to for a fancy tour. It’s built for work, not for show. We spend most of our time dealing with the logistics of the ventures we’re involved in. The team here is small but we’ve been together for a while, so we know how to stay out of each other's way when things get hectic. The Link Road can be a nightmare during the evening rush, so we often stay a bit late to let the traffic die down. It gives us time to catch up on things we missed during the day. We don’t have any big corporate slogans or anything like that. We just focus on the task at hand and try to be as practical as possible. It’s an honest day’s work in a part of the city that never really stops moving.
