We have been here at 3rd Cross for a while now. It’s a quiet spot in Girinagar compared to the main roads. Usually, someone is at the desk by nine because phones start ringing pretty early. Most people come in wanting to fix their travel stuff, like looking for cheap flights or figuring out how to get a visa without a headache. We handle a lot of train bookings too since the website can be slow for some people. The office isn't very big, but it’s enough for us. There is a lot of paper around because of all the documents we have to keep track of. Sometimes the traffic in the Avalahallibdalayout area gets a bit backed up, so we tell people to just call if they can’t find the building easily. We just do our work and try to get everyone their tickets on time. It is mostly about checking different routes and prices all day long. If the internet goes down, everything stops, so we have two connections just in case. People from around the neighborhood know us by name, which is nice. We aren't doing anything fancy, just booking trips and making sure the dates are right so nobody gets stuck at an airport. It’s just us here, working through the pile of folders and answering the same questions about luggage weights over and over. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but the fan helps a bit. We keep some extra pens on the counter too.
