We are tucked away on Linden Street in Austin Town, specifically at 2 A Cross. If you know Bangalore, you know how these streets can be a bit confusing sometimes if you are not looking at a map. We have been operating from this spot for a good while, focusing on travel and getting people where they need to go without too much fuss. It is not a huge, shiny corporate building with a lobby; it is more of a regular office where we sit and work through itineraries. The traffic in Blore-47 can be a bit much during rush hour, but we like being in this part of town. Our desks are usually covered in notes and printouts because there is always some detail to keep track of. It is not always easy keeping up with all the airline rules and hotel changes, but that is the job we chose to do. We have a few computers and some old maps on the wall that have been there for years. Mostly, we just talk to people and try to find a flight that is not too expensive or a hotel that is actually near where they want to be. Sometimes the phones ring all at once and it gets a bit chaotic, but we manage to get through it. We are not trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just want to make sure that when someone pays for a trip, they actually get there.
