We are based out of J.P. Nagar in Bangalore, specifically at 375, 8th Main, 3rd Phase. This part of the city, Blr-78, has changed a lot since Unicon Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. first got started. There are more shops and apartments now than there used to be. Our office is a simple place where we get our software work done. We don’t have fancy furniture or a big lobby. It’s just a workspace with people who know what they’re doing. Most of us commute in from different parts of Bangalore, so the morning chat is usually about the traffic on the way here. We like being in the 3rd Phase because it feels a bit more established. The address is easy to find once you get onto 8th Main. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations about ourselves. We’d rather just finish the projects on our plates. It’s a practical setup. Some days it’s quiet, other days it’s a bit chaotic with everyone trying to meet a deadline. We just take it as it comes. It is a very local feel here. We know the neighbors and the guy who delivers the mail. It isn't a high-pressure corporate environment, just a place where work happens and people are decent to each other. If you need us, you know where to find us in J.P. Nagar. It's a solid place to be.
