Sun Rise Farms Inc. is located at 25 Snt Street Ulsoor. We’ve been in this part of town for a long time. Ulsoor is a great place to be because it’s central, even if the streets like Snt Street can get a bit narrow. We don't actually do the farming right here in the middle of the city, obviously. This is where we handle the business side of things, the paperwork, and the distribution. It's a small building, nothing to look at from the outside. We have a few desks and some phones that never seem to stop ringing. Dealing with farm produce means things have to move fast before they spoil. We get here early, usually before the sun is even up, to coordinate with the workers out at the sites. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things go wrong, like a truck breaking down or a late delivery. We just deal with it as it comes. We aren't a big fancy outfit. Most of us here have worked in this industry for years. We know the people we buy from and the people we sell to. It’s about those relationships more than anything else. Ulsoor is a busy neighborhood, so there’s always something going on outside our door. We like the energy of the place. It keeps us on our toes while we manage the farm business. We just try to keep things running as smoothly as we can.
