Renulakshmi Agro Industries (India) Limited is based out of Padmavathi Flats in Kamalanagar 3rd Stage. Specifically, we’re located at Manjunath’s place. We’ve been operating from this part of Bangalore-79 for a while. It’s more of a home-office setup than a big factory or a corporate suite. We focus on agro-related things, dealing with the practical side of the industry. It’s not a fancy setup at all. We have our files kept in folders on some old shelves, and most of our work involves a lot of phone calls and ledger entries. The area around Kamalanagar is quite nice and feels like a proper community. We aren't interested in sounding like a big multinational. We’re just people who know about agriculture and want to do business from our local base. Sometimes we have visitors over and we just sit in the living area to talk about work. It’s very informal. We don’t have a sign outside that lights up or anything like that. People usually know where to find us through word of mouth. We deal with the day-to-day stuff as it comes up. It can get a bit hectic when it's the right season for crops, but we manage to get through it. We like the simplicity of working from the flats. It’s quiet enough to get things done but close enough to the city to stay connected. That’s just how we run things here.
