Raitha Mitra

Vijay S runs things here in Bangalore, specifically in the 560094 zip code area. We call the business Raitha Mitra because it means something to us and the people we work with. Bangalore is a big city and it gets very crowded with traffic, but our corner is where we try to keep things organized. We aren't a huge corporation with different departments for every little thing. Mostly, it is just us handling the daily tasks and making sure the work gets finished. Some days are much longer than others, especially when there is a lot of paperwork to get through. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or big signs. People usually find us because they heard about us from someone else. It is a lot of grit and just showing up every morning to see what needs doing. We focus on the practical side of things instead of worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. The office is functional and that is what matters most to us. We deal with farmers and local folks, so we speak their language and don't use big words that don't mean anything. It is an honest day's work and we are happy to be doing it here in Karnataka. Sometimes the internet goes out or the power fluctuates, but we just keep going anyway because there is always something that needs to be taken care of before we head home.
