This is Ue Development India Pvt Ltd. Our office is located at Krishna Reddy’s place, right near Ayappa Ample in Thippasandra, Bangalore. It is a very busy part of the city and we fit in just fine there. We do development work, which basically means we are busy from Monday to Saturday every week. The neighborhood is usually quite crowded, so finding a spot to park your scooter can be a real challenge some days. We share the space near the temple. It isn't a shiny glass tower or anything corporate like that. We actually like it this way because it feels like we are part of the real Bangalore. Most of our time is spent on the phone or looking over various site plans on the desk. This city is always growing and being in Thippasandra puts us right in the middle of all that activity. We have a small team of people working here. We handle all the administrative stuff and the planning work from this one office. It is a very practical setup without any extra fluff. People come in, we talk about the project at hand, and then we just get to work. The location is very handy because almost everything we need is within walking distance. If you know where the Ayappa Ample is, you will find us without any trouble. We have been at this spot for a while and the people living nearby know who we are. It is just a normal place.
