Tva Infotech Pvt Ltd is located at 133, Sharada Nilaya, on the 4th Main Road in Malleswaram. If you know Bangalore, you know Malleswaram has a very specific feel to it—kind of old-fashioned and busy at the same time. We’ve been here for a bit, and our office in Sharada Nilaya is where we spend the bulk of our time. It’s an IT place, so there are cables everywhere and the hum of servers in the background. We aren't the type of place that has bean bags or a ping-pong table; we just have desks and good chairs because that’s what we actually need to get the work done. The staff here is pretty small, and we mostly just focus on our coding and client requests. Sometimes we step out for a quick coffee or a snack from one of the local shops nearby. We don't have a big corporate handbook on how to talk to people. We just answer the phone and try to help out with whatever tech issues are happening. Malleswaram is a great area because it feels like a real place where people actually live and work, not just some sterile office park. We’re happy with our little corner of the city. It’s not perfect, and the stairs can be a bit of a climb, but it works for us and our clients. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing.
