Our business is located at 79/1 Avenue Road in the MIDC area. It is a very industrial part of town, so you will see a lot of factories and warehouses around us. We have been here for quite a few years now. Our building is a simple structure that we use for storing our inventory and handling orders. We sell industrial supplies, so it’s not the kind of place you’d visit for fun. It’s all about business here. We don't have a fancy showroom or a team of salespeople in suits. We just have a lot of parts and materials that other companies need to keep their machines running. Most of our day is spent checking stock and talking to regular customers on the phone. We’ve known some of these people for over a decade. We don't use any fancy marketing language. We just tell you what we have and what it costs. It’s a very direct way of doing things. Sometimes the warehouse gets very hot in the summer, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. We have a small office tucked away in the front where we do the paperwork. It’s often a bit dusty because of all the trucks passing by, but we don’t mind. We are just glad to be working and to have a steady business. It’s a solid, reliable place and we plan on staying here for a long time to come.
