Tsource

Tsource is located in HSR Layout, specifically on the 23rd Cross in the 3rd Stage. If you have ever been to Bangalore, you know that HSR is full of startups and small offices like ours. The 23rd Cross is a busy little stretch and parking can be a real headache if you do not get here before nine in the morning. Our building is nothing special to look at from the outside, just a concrete structure with some shops on the ground floor. We are up on one of the higher levels. Inside, it is mostly just rows of tables and people staring at their computer screens. We have got a lot of cables running along the floor which we try to keep neat with tape. The water cooler is the main place where people stop to talk for a minute about the traffic or what they had for breakfast. Bangalore weather is usually good, so we leave the windows open when it is not too dusty outside. You can hear the bikes and autos buzzing by all day long. It gets quite loud during the evening rush hour when everyone is trying to leave at once. We usually stay a bit late to let the traffic die down a little. It is a simple place to work and we have all the basics we need to get through the day without any unnecessary complications or fancy decorations.
