Trx Technologies is situated over in R.T. Nagar, specifically at 19, 1st Cross in the Ex-Servicemen Colony. It’s a residential-feeling area, which is nice because it’s not as chaotic as the main commercial hubs. We’ve been set up here on Dinnur Main Road for some time. The office is basically a few rooms converted into a workspace. We do a lot of tech stuff, mainly focused on software and local projects. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows each other’s lunch habits. We aren’t some big multinational with thousands of employees. We are just a group of people who know how to code and fix things. The address can be a bit tricky for delivery drivers to find because of the small crosses, but we usually just tell them to look for the colony gate. Inside, it’s mostly computers and some whiteboards with scribbles on them. We don't have a dress code; people just wear what’s comfortable. We drink a lot of chai from the guy down the street. Our work keeps us busy, and we don't really bother with fancy marketing or big presentations. If someone needs something built or fixed, they come to us, and we do our best to handle it. It’s a quiet, steady way to run a business in this part of Bangalore. We like the local vibe and being away from the high-rise office towers that dominate the skyline elsewhere.
