We’ve been working out of the first floor at the WeWork in Embassy Tech Village for a while now. It’s right near New Horizon College on the Outer Ringroad, which makes it pretty easy for everyone to get here, though the traffic can be a bit much sometimes in the evenings when everyone is trying to leave at once. We started Truminds Software Systems Private Limited because we wanted to work on tech stuff without all the usual corporate fuss that you find in big firms. Most days involve sitting around our desks, drinking too much coffee from the pantry, and trying to figure out software problems that keep us busy. It’s a busy spot here in the tech park with lots of other companies around, so there’s always something going on in the hallways or the common areas. We aren't doing anything flashy or trying to change the entire world overnight. It’s just a group of us who know how to code and want to do our jobs well. Being in a shared space like this means we see a lot of different faces every day. Sometimes we stay late when a project needs finishing, but we try to keep things balanced so we don't burn out. The office layout is simple and it works for what we need. We don't have fancy lobbies. Just some computers, good internet, and a place to sit. It’s been an interesting journey getting set up here. We focus on daily tasks and making sure the software we build actually functions the way it's supposed to.
