Truemen Management Consultancy has been based here for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. Being on the second floor means we’re away from the street noise, which is nice when you’re trying to think. We don't have a big sign or a fancy lobby. People just come up the stairs and knock on the door. Inside, it’s just us working on management stuff for our clients. We deal with a lot of paperwork and data. It’s not the most exciting work in the world, but it’s important, and we take it seriously. We aren't interested in sounding like a big multinational corporation. We’re just a small team trying to do decent work for the people who hire us. Every day starts with checking the emails and making a list of what needs to happen. We work through the pile until it’s time to go home. Karnataka is full of consultants, but we just try to be the ones who are honest and easy to talk to. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone. We just do the job. Most of the time it's quiet here.
