Merusri Real Estate Developers Pvt. Ltd. is based at 547/162nd Floor in Sahakara Nagar. It’s a decent area and we have been in this building for quite some time now. Getting up to the office is easy enough, and once you’re inside, you’ll see our team doing their usual thing. We aren’t the type to put on a big show for anyone. Mostly, we are just looking at plans, talking to folks about land, and making sure the files are where they belong. Sahakara Nagar is a nice part of town, so being here makes sense for us. The office can get a bit cluttered with maps and blueprints lying around on the tables. It’s a working office, not a showroom, so don’t expect everything to be perfectly lined up. We just try to get the work done without making a fuss about it. If you call, someone usually picks up, unless we are all out on a site visit somewhere. That happens sometimes because you can’t run a business like this just by sitting in a chair all day. We deal with the local stuff, talk to the neighbors, and keep things moving. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes even Sundays if there is a lot of catching up to do. It’s about being there when the phone rings and having an answer ready, or at least being honest when we don’t have one yet.
