Tricom Technologies

Tricom Technologies is based at 289-292 Ramachandrapuram. We have been in these units for quite a while now. The space is filled with old computers, server racks, and a lot of tangled cables that we are always trying to organize. It is not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. We mostly spend our days fixing hardware or setting up software for the businesses nearby. Ramachandrapuram is a busy area, and we get a lot of people just walking in with a broken laptop or a phone that won't turn on. We don't have a big reception area or anyone in a suit. It is just a bunch of us who are good with electronics. Sometimes we spend hours trying to find a tiny fault on a circuit board. We don't really do much in the way of promotion. Most people in the neighborhood know us as the guys to go to when their tech stops working. We drink a lot of tea and there is usually some music playing in the background while we work. The units are a bit old, and the lighting could be better, but it works for what we need. We don't use a lot of complicated words when we explain things to customers. We just tell them what is broken and how we can fix it. It is a straightforward way to run things.
