Trianz Counsulting Pvt Ltd is tucked away in the Hrbr Layout in Bangalore. Our office is at Jishnu Nilayam, house number 220 on the 4th ‘C’ Cross. It’s a quiet street in the 3rd Block, which is a nice change from the usual Bangalore traffic. We spend our days here working on consulting projects. It’s a small team, so we all know each other well. There is no dress code or fancy reception desk. We just have our workstations and a lot of books and files scattered around. Sometimes we stay late when a project needs finishing, but usually, we try to head out before the evening traffic gets too bad. We deal with a lot of different clients, and every day brings something a bit different to the table. We don't use a lot of big words or buzzwords. We just talk to people and try to solve the problems they bring us. It's a very hands-on kind of place. You might find us debating over a drawing or a spreadsheet for hours. We like it that way. It’s more personal. Being in a place like Jishnu Nilayam makes the whole business feel more like a community thing than a big corporate machine. We are just a group of people in Bangalore trying to do decent work and keep our clients satisfied without making a big fuss about it. We just focus on the task at hand.
