Triad Software Services

Triad Software Services is located at number 22 in Tadwadi, Sanjay Nagar. It’s a pretty quiet spot compared to the louder parts of the city. We’ve been here for a good while now. The office itself is just a regular room with some desks and our computers. We don’t have a receptionist or any fancy entryway. If the doorbell rings, whoever is closest to the door just goes to open it. We keep things very simple around here. Most of our day is spent writing code or talking about the projects we have going on. We have a small kettle for making tea and a fridge that sometimes makes a weird buzzing noise. It’s a very human place to work. We aren't trying to sell anyone on a dream or anything. We just do software work from this little office in Sanjay Nagar. The neighborhood is nice because you can walk around during lunch and it feels like a residential area. There are trees and people walking their dogs. It makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed than if we were in a big glass tower. We don't have a big corporate culture or rules about what to wear. We just have a few people who like working together. The walls are mostly bare, maybe just a few notes pinned up. We focus on the tasks we have to do. It’s not a complicated setup, but it works for us. We like being in Tadwadi. It's home.
