Trawellday

Our office is at 1875 Jayanagar 9th Block. Jayanagar is a great place to be because it is so green and has so many shops, but the 9th Block can get quite crowded in the evenings. We spend our days dealing with passports, visas, and flight tickets. There are maps on the walls and lots of folders for different countries. It is not a fancy travel agency with big posters of beaches. It is more of a practical office where we handle the paperwork that people need to get where they are going. The phones ring quite a bit and there is usually someone asking about a visa update. We have a few desks and some chairs for people to wait. It is a small team here and we just try to keep everything organized. Sometimes the rules for travel change and we have to spend the whole morning reading up on new things. We don't have a corporate script. We just talk to people and try to figure out their travel dates and requirements. The 9th Block has a lot of good places to eat nearby, which is the best part of working here. We have been in this spot for a while now and we are just a regular part of the neighborhood. It is a simple, busy life helping people move from one place to another.
