Travenz

We started Travenz here in Banaswadi quite a few years back. It’s a busy part of town but we managed to find a decent spot to set up our things. Most days are just spent answering the phone or looking at train and flight schedules on the screen. It can get a bit tiring staring at the blue light all day, but that is just how the work is. We aren't a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a few desks and some chairs where we sit and talk to people who want to go somewhere else for a few days. Banaswadi has changed a lot since we first opened up. There are more shops now and the traffic on the main road can be a real headache in the evenings. We usually stay late to finish up the bookings so we don't have to rush in the morning. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we just have to wait it out while drinking some tea from the shop next door. It isn't a glamorous job but it keeps us busy. People come in with all sorts of questions about where to stay or how to get a ticket last minute. We try to help them find something that works. We don't really have a big team, just a couple of us who know how the systems work.
