Travellers Nest

Travellers Nest is located at No. 312 on the first floor along 7th Main in Vidyapeeta Layout. This is part of Banashankari 3rd Stage, which is a fairly lived-in and comfortable neighborhood. We aren't a big hotel chain with dozens of staff members. It’s just a small place we set up to give people a spot to stay when they are visiting the area. We spend most of our time making sure the rooms are clean and that the guests have what they need for the night. The building is a regular house that we've converted, so it feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a sterile hotel room. We don't have a big kitchen, but there are plenty of small eateries nearby where you can get a good meal. Being on the first floor means there are some stairs to climb, which can be a bit of a workout if you have heavy suitcases. We handle everything ourselves, from taking the bookings over the phone to handing over the keys. It’s a quiet street for the most part, though you’ll hear the local milkman and the usual neighborhood sounds in the morning. We’ve been here for a while and know the area quite well, so we can usually tell you which bus to take or where the nearest pharmacy is. It’s a basic, no-frills setup for anyone who just needs a decent bed and a roof over their head for a few days.
