Traveldesk Administretor

We are over in J P Nagar at B-76. It’s a pretty simple setup for Traveldesk Administretor. We don’t have a huge office with a lot of floors, just this one spot in the B-block. J P Nagar is a nice area, but it can be a bit of a maze if you don’t know which street you’re turning into. Our office is mostly just desks and phones. We spend a lot of time talking to people and trying to sort out schedules. It’s the kind of work that doesn’t really stop, so there’s always someone here checking a computer or writing something down on a notepad. We’ve got some old chairs that aren't the most comfortable, but they do the job. The walls are mostly bare, except for a few calendars and some scribbled notes pinned up near the entrance. Sometimes the internet acts up and we all have to wait around for it to come back, which usually means someone goes out to get coffee for the rest of the group. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment, just a small team of us trying to keep everything organized. We know the regular delivery guys and the people in the building next door. It’s a very local feel, and we like it that way because it keeps things grounded. We just show up every morning, unlock the door, and get to work on the bookings without any unnecessary fuss.
