Our office for Travel Tours Pvt Ltd is located at 250 Munnewaram, over in New Tharacupet. This part of town is very different from the modern office parks; it’s full of warehouses and wholesale shops, which gives it a very energetic, down-to-earth feel. We’ve been here for a good stretch, helping folks figure out their travel plans and getting their tickets sorted. It can get pretty loud outside with the trucks unloading and people shouting orders, but we’re used to the bustle. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of keyboards and the occasional ringing of a landline. We handle all sorts of travel requests, from local trips to places further away. It’s a lot of logistics, really—making sure the timing is right and the prices are fair. We don't have a big reception area or fancy sofas. It’s just a place where people come to get their travel stuff done without any fuss. Sometimes we have tea together while discussing the latest routes or changes in the industry. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s interesting to see where everyone is headed. New Tharacupet has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a small part of it over the years. We just keep our heads down, do the work, and try to make sure every traveler gets where they need to go.
