Travel Net

Travel Net is tucked inside the Swastik Industrial Estate in Byrasandra. Our address is on C S T Road. It might seem a bit odd to have a travel company in an industrial estate, but it works for us. We have been here for a while. The estate is always busy with small workshops and warehouses. We handle travel bookings, mostly for people working in the nearby businesses. It is a lot of flight tickets, train reservations, and sometimes hotel bookings. Our office is small. We have a few computers and a lot of printed itineraries lying around. The phone rings a lot. C S T Road is usually packed with traffic, so we hear the honking all day long. We don't have a big storefront with posters of beaches. It is more of a functional office. We spend our time checking prices and finding routes that make sense. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait, which can be frustrating when a customer is on the line. We are just regular people trying to help other regular people get where they need to go. We don't use fancy travel terms or try to sell you things you don't need. If you want a ticket to Mumbai or a bus to the coast, we just look it up and tell you the cost. It’s a straightforward business in a busy part of town.
