Travel Councellor

Our little spot is located on the 8thcross in Maruthinagar, right in the heart of Madiwala. It is a very busy part of Bangalore, always filled with people, shops, and a lot of movement. We work as Travel Councellor, and our office is in Building40. It isn’t a very big space, but we have managed to fit a couple of desks and some chairs for when people come in to talk about their trips. Most of the day is spent checking schedules and talking to people on the phone. Madiwala is famous for being a hub for buses and travelers, so being here makes a lot of sense for us. The street outside is always noisy with horns and people shouting, but inside we just focus on our work. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just a few maps and some calendars. The tea guy comes by every afternoon, which is something we all look forward to. We aren't a big travel agency with hundreds of branches. We are just a local team trying to help people figure out where they need to go. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming, but we just take it one step at a time. It’s a very basic way of running a business, but it has worked for us so far in this busy neighborhood. We stay here until the evening when the street lights come on and things finally start to slow down.
