Travel Coordinator

We work out of Ithihad Manzil, which is a house in Kizhuparamba. It is a small place near Areacode in the Malappuram district. If you know this part of Kerala, you know it gets very green and rainy during the monsoon. We handle travel coordination from here, mostly helping people with their tickets and travel plans. It’s a quiet spot compared to the big cities, but the phone rings a lot. The house is just a regular home, and we’ve set up our workspace inside. Most of the people who come to us are from the nearby villages. We know everyone around here, and they know where Ithihad Manzil is. It is a bit of a drive from the main town, but the roads are okay most of the time. We spend a lot of time on the computer checking schedules and making sure everything is lined up for the travelers. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow when the weather is bad, so we have to wait it out. There are coconut trees all around the property, and it’s a nice place to sit and think. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us making sure things get done. It’s a practical business, and we take it one day at a time. We like being part of the community here and helping our neighbors get to where they need to go.
