This is basically a small operation run out of the house in Krishnayyana Palya. If you go to No 10, the 1st Main in 1st Cross, you’ll find us there. It’s Mrs. Sunanda’s place, and we’ve set up a corner to handle all the travel bookings. It’s very informal. You won't find a big neon sign or a lobby with a receptionist. Usually, someone is just sitting at the desk with a laptop and a couple of phones. We help folks in the Ngef area of Bangalore get their trips organized. Bangalore traffic makes it hard to get around, so a lot of people just call us instead of coming over. We talk about trains, flights, and where people want to go for their holidays. It’s a lot of checking schedules and trying to find a price that doesn't break the bank. Since it's a home-based thing, it feels a lot more personal than going to a big agency in a mall. There might be the sound of the neighborhood or the kitchen in the background when we talk. It’s just how it is. We do our best to get the details right because nobody wants a mess when they are traveling. The dog next door barks a bit in the morning, but we’ve gotten used to it. We just keep our notebooks ready and try to keep everyone's dates and names in order. It's a busy little house.
