Travel Concepts

We are located on the second floor of the PV Complex in Mathikere. The address is 41327, and we’re right across from Sagar Comforts. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but once you’re here, you’ll find our office. Travel Concepts isn't a massive agency with hundreds of employees. It’s just us here in this room, surrounded by maps and old travel brochures. We spend a lot of time on the phone or on our computers looking at routes and schedules. The office is tucked away in the GPO area of Bangalore, so it’s quite a central spot for people to drop by. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit moody, so the stairs are a safer bet. We’ve got a couple of old desks and some chairs that have seen better days, but they’re comfortable enough for a chat. We don't use any fancy scripts when we talk to people. We just tell them what we know and try to figure out the best way to get them where they need to go. It’s practical work. Mathikere is a lively area, and there’s always somewhere to grab a tea nearby if we need a break. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up, do the bookings, and head home. It’s a regular job in a busy part of the city, and we’re happy with that. It's just how we do it.
