The first floor of Miller Arcade is where we keep our office. It’s on Millers Road in Vasanth Nagar. It’s a well-known area in Bangalore, right near Ambedkar Bhavan. To get to us, you have to go up the stairs once you enter the building. It’s a bit of an older arcade, but it has a lot of character and history. We deal with all sorts of travel tours and representations. It isn't just one thing we do, but a mix of whatever the people coming in need for their trips. The office has a lot of files and papers stacked up on the desks. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to different people about their travel plans. Vasanth Nagar is a good place to be because it’s central but feels a little different from the really crowded market areas. We’ve been in this arcade for a while now. Some days it gets quite hot in the office, so we keep the windows open to catch a breeze. You can hear the traffic from Millers Road all day. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just want to make sure people get their tickets and can go on their trips without any trouble. Sometimes people come in just to ask for directions because they are lost near Ambedkar Bhavan. We don't mind helping out. Our little office stays pretty much the same while the city changes. We have been at No.1/1 for a long time.
