Travel Air is tucked away at 405, 1st Cross in the B.H.C.S. Layout. Our spot is near Subramanyapura Post, just off the Uttharalli Main Road in Bangalore. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s not as crazy as the city center. We spend our time looking at flight schedules and trying to figure out the best routes for people. It’s a small office, mostly just desks and computers and a few chairs for customers to sit while we talk. We don't have those big glossy posters of beaches everywhere, just the stuff we need to work. People in the layout know where we are if they need a passport sorted or a ticket booked to visit their kids abroad. We’ve seen the Uttharalli Main Road get busier and busier over the years. We just keep doing what we do. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s interesting to hear where everyone is going. Sometimes we have to stay late to deal with a cancellation or a delay, but that’s just part of being in the travel business. We don't use a lot of fancy talk. We just tell you what the airline says and what it’s going to cost. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. Most of our clients are families from around here who have been coming to us for years. We like being a local fixture in the B.H.C.S. Layout and helping our neighbors with their travel plans whenever they need it.
