Our little travel business is based right here in Bangalore. We’ve been helping people figure out their trips for quite some time now. Travel can be a real mess these days with all the apps and websites, so we just try to keep it simple. Travel Air Private Limited handles things like flight tickets and trying to find a decent place for people to stay when they go away. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other days it's a bit quieter. We aren't some giant call center; our team is made up of regular folks who know how to navigate the booking systems. Bangalore is a big city and people are always heading out for work or holidays. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules and trying to make connections work. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just a lot of typing and checking dates. We’ve had people come to us after their online plans fell through, and we do what we can to fix it. We don't have some fancy corporate manual or anything like that. We just want to get you from point A to point B without too much trouble. It's funny how much things have changed in the travel world, but the basic need to just get somewhere remains the same. We just show up every day, drink some tea, and get back to the bookings. It's what we do.
