We are located at Susheela Cottage, which is number 79 on 4th Cross in Sumathi Nagar. It’s a quiet corner of Robertsonpet in Kolar Gold Field. Most people in the neighborhood just know us as the local travel place. We’ve been operating out of this house for years. It’s not a big office with glass walls or anything like that, just a regular building where we sit and handle bookings. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's completely silent for hours. We deal with bus tickets, train stuff, and some flight bookings when people ask. Working in KGF is different than the big cities, things move a bit slower here. We know most of our customers by name because they’ve been coming to us since we first opened. We don't really do much advertising. People usually just hear about us from their neighbors or walk past the cottage and see the sign. We try to get the details right, but occasionally there’s a mix-up with a date or a time, so we spend a lot of time double-checking things on the computer. It’s just a small team of us here. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep the paperwork organized. Dealing with travel can be a bit of a headache with all the cancellations and changes, but we just take it day by day. It's a living, and we enjoy talking to the folks who come in to plan their trips.
