Travancore Court

Our building, called Vrishabhadri, is located at number 25 in the Serenity Layout part of Bangalore. It’s near Shabari Nagar in K Narayanapura. This part of town is a bit away from the main city rush, which is actually quite nice. Travancore Court is where we spend most of our days. It’s not a massive hotel with hundreds of rooms, it’s more manageable than that. We mostly deal with people who need a place to stay for a few days while they’re in Bangalore for work or visiting relatives. The layout here is quiet, and we try to keep it that way for the guests. We handle the check-ins, the cleaning, and making sure there’s water and electricity running fine. Sometimes things break and we have to fix them quickly. It’s just how it goes when you run a place. We chose this spot because it felt less cramped than the central business districts. Bangalore is growing so fast, but this little corner remains somewhat peaceful. We don’t have a fancy lobby with marble everywhere, but the rooms are decent and the beds are comfortable enough. People find us through word of mouth or by seeing the sign when they drive through K Narayanapura. We just want to make sure people have a roof over their heads and a quiet night. It's practical work, and we enjoy meeting the different people who pass through our doors every single week.
