Transworld Tours Travels

We've been here at Copper Arch for quite a while now. If you go behind Safina Plaza on Infantry Road and head up to the first floor, that's where you'll find us. It's a busy spot in the city. We spend most of our days booking tickets and figuring out travel plans for people who walk in. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit loud in the office, but that’s just how it is. We mostly deal with local folks who need to get from one place to another without too much fuss. It isn't a fancy setup with leather chairs or anything like that. Just a few desks, some computers that sometimes run slow, and a lot of maps. People come in asking about trains or flights, and we try to find what’s available on the screen. It can be a bit of a headache when systems go down, but we manage. My brother usually handles the international stuff while I stay on the local routes. We know the neighborhood well and most of our regular customers by their first names. It's just a small travel shop trying to keep things moving. We drink a lot of tea while we work and there’s usually a pile of paperwork on the corner desk that needs sorting. That's pretty much life here at Transworld Tours Travels. We keep the doors open six days a week and just do what needs doing for everyone who stops by.
