We’ve been running things here at Transworld Logistics Pvt. Ltd. for a while now. Our office is tucked away on the second floor of the Kamala Building. If you know the area in Koramangala, specifically around 3rd Main and 8th Cross in Venkatapura, you probably know how the traffic can get. It is a very busy spot in Bangalore. Inside, it’s mostly just us handling paperwork, tracking shipments, and talking to drivers on the phone. The desks are usually covered in manifests and delivery notes. Sometimes the tea lady comes around and that’s the highlight of the afternoon for most of us. We don’t have fancy paintings on the walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical workspace where we try to keep things moving. Shipping stuff is complicated, but we just take it one day at a time. The office gets a bit warm in the summer, even with the fans going full blast. We all know each other’s lunch habits by now. It isn't a corporate skyscraper, just a regular place where work happens. Most of the time, we are just busy checking where a truck is or why a container is delayed. It’s a lot of coordination between different people. We like being in this part of town because everything is close by. If someone needs to find us, they just look for the Kamala Building. We aren't trying to be anything other than a solid logistics team getting through the daily grind.
