We operate out of 176-A in the Sipcot Industrial Complex in Hosur. Being in an industrial zone means it’s all about business. There are factories and warehouses all around us. Our office is the hub for our supply chain work. It’s not a place for fancy meetings. It’s a place for tracking trucks and making sure cargo is where it needs to be. The air is always a bit dusty from the trucks passing by, and there’s a constant hum of machinery from the plants nearby. Inside, it’s mostly metal desks and whiteboards covered in schedules. We have a lot of drivers coming in and out with their logs. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure nobody misses a deadline. The floors are concrete and the lighting is just basic. We don't have any art on the walls, just maps and calendars. It gets pretty hot during the day, so the fans are always on full blast. We’ve been in Hosur for a long time because it’s a major point for transport. It’s hard, physical work in a way, even if we are mostly at our desks. We don't try to make it sound like something it isn't. It’s just logistics and transport, day in and day out. We just keep our heads down and work. The tea break is the only time we really stop for a minute.
