Transition Systems

Transition Systems is located at number 19 in Koramangala. If you know the area, you know it’s packed with startups and all sorts of businesses. We’re just one of them, tucked away in a building that’s seen a few years. The office is a bit of a mix-match of furniture we’ve picked up over time. It’s comfortable though. We spend a lot of time here, so we’ve made it feel a bit like home, even if there are stacks of hardware in the corners. Koramangala is a great place to be because everything you need is just a short walk away. We have a small team, and we all know our roles pretty well. There’s no need for formal meetings most of the time. We just talk while we work. It gets pretty busy around here, especially in the afternoons. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, but that’s just part of life in this city. We don't really do anything for show. Our focus is on the systems we manage and making sure they don't break. If they do, we’re right here to fix them. People drop in for chats now and then, and we usually have a spare chair for them. It’s a plain, honest workspace. We show up, do our jobs, and try to make things work better than they did yesterday.
