Transasia House is a pretty busy place on Chandivali Studio Road. We have people coming in and out all day long, and there is always a truck being loaded or unloaded near the entrance. Inside, it feels a lot like a workshop mixed with a lab. There are boxes of medical parts and various machines being tested in different rooms. It isn't the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or fancy art on the walls. It is more about the tools and the equipment. We spend a lot of time looking at tiny components and making sure everything fits together correctly. The air conditioning is always humming because the machines need to stay cool. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful when we have a big order to get out or when a part isn't arriving on time, but we just work through it. The staff here mostly wears lab coats or simple work clothes. We have a cafeteria where everyone gathers for lunch, and that’s usually where you hear the most talk about how things are going. It’s a straightforward environment. We deal with serious equipment that goes into hospitals, so we keep things pretty focused. It’s not about being flashy; it’s about making sure the stuff works before it leaves the building. We’ve been on this road for a while now and the neighborhood has changed around us, but we just keep doing our thing.
