At Transair International, we act as the GSA for Thai Airways. Our office is located at number 676 on 8th ‘A’ Main, in the 3rd Block of the 3rd Stage in Basaveshwarnagar, Bangalore - 79. It’s a solid part of town, very established and full of life. We’ve been helping people with their travel plans and tickets for Thai Airways from this spot for quite some time. The office is right there on the main road, so it’s easy to spot if you’re driving through Basaveshwarnagar. It’s a busy place, especially when people are planning their holidays or business trips. We have a lot of maps, schedules, and forms lying around. It’s not one of those sleek, digital-only setups; we like talking to people face to face. We spend most of the day on the phone with the airline or checking flight availability for customers. Sometimes the computers are slow, or the phones won't stop ringing, but that’s just how it goes in a travel office. We’ve got a good view of the street from the window, and it’s nice to see the local shops doing their business. We don't try to be anything we aren't; we are just a travel agency making sure people get where they need to go on Thai Airways flights. It’s a straightforward job and we like being in this part of Bangalore. It has everything you need nearby and the people are friendly and keep us on our toes.
