Trans World Travels

Trans World Travels is located on the first floor of the Copper Arch building. We are at unit 107. Infantry Road is a busy spot in Bangalore, especially with Safina Pallza right nearby. Most days are spent answering phones and replying to emails about different travel routes. We aren't a big flashy company with huge signs. It is just a regular office where we handle bookings and talk to people about where they want to go. The office has been here for a while, and we know most of the people in the building. It’s a decent place to work. We deal with a lot of international stuff and local trips too. Sometimes the traffic on Infantry Road makes it hard for people to reach us, so we do a lot over the phone. We don’t use any fancy software, just the usual stuff to check prices and timings. It gets a bit cluttered with papers and files sometimes, but that is just how we work. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in town. We just want to make sure when someone pays for a ticket, they actually get where they are supposed to go without any drama. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, sit at the desks, and help whoever calls or walks in through the door. We don't have a receptionist, so we just take turns answering the bell when someone comes in to the office.
