Trainee

Our place is called Peeyem House. It is located in Manjummel, over in Ernakulam. Most people around here know where the post office is, and we are right in that same area. It’s a bit of a quiet spot in Kerala compared to the city center. We do things a bit differently here because the focus is on learning and getting people started. The name Trainee is what we go by. It’s pretty straightforward. We spend our days working through the various tasks that come our way. The building itself is older but it serves its purpose well. We have a small group of people working here. It is not a corporate headquarters or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and help people get the hang of the job. Sometimes the weather gets pretty rainy, which is just how it is in Kerala. We have a desk area and a few chairs for visitors. People usually drop by if they live nearby or have heard about us through word of mouth. We don't have a big marketing department. We just handle the day-to-day stuff. We like it that way because it keeps things easy to manage and less stressful for everyone involved in the daily routine.
