Our place is at House 64 on 3rd Cross in Aswanth Nagar. It’s right near the Marathahalli post area. The name is a bit long, Trainee In Cargo Agency In Airlines, but it describes what goes on here. We deal with the basics of cargo and helping people understand how the airline shipping stuff works. It’s a small house that we’ve turned into a workspace. It’s not like those big glass buildings you see over in the tech parks. We have boxes and ledgers and a few old computers. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s usually quiet until the school buses start coming through. We spend a lot of time teaching the ropes to people who are new to the industry. There is a lot to learn about weights and labels. We drink our coffee out of mismatched mugs and keep the fans going because it gets warm in the afternoons. 3rd Cross is a narrow street, so parking is always a bit of a headache. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who know the business. We focus on the practical side of things. It’s a lot of repetitive work, checking forms and making sure the numbers match up. We’ve been here for a bit and the locals know us as the cargo guys. It’s just a regular house but inside we are busy with logistics and training all through the week. It’s dusty and cramped, but we get the job done.
