Trails India has a bit of a split identity right now with two locations. Our spot in Bangalore is at Cg3 Harsha Garden in Chikkalasandra, right on Dr Sivaram Kranth Road. But lately, we’ve been working more out of the present address in New Delhi, which is V/1.5 Rajouri Gardens. It’s quite a distance between the two. The Delhi office is in a busy residential and commercial mix. We handle travel plans and itineraries for people who want to see different parts of the country. The desks are usually covered in maps and brochures, though most things are on the computer these days. It’s a bit chaotic sometimes, especially when we’re trying to coordinate things between the Bangalore and Delhi teams. The Rajouri Gardens area is always loud with traffic and people, which is different from the vibe in Bangalore. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us who really know the roads and the destinations. We spend a lot of time talking to hotels and transport guys. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing. We just try to keep everything organized so people can have their trips without any trouble. It’s a lot of logistical work, but we’re used to it. The move to the Delhi address has kept us on our toes lately.
