Our place is at 128 Erappa Reddy Layout in Bangalore. It is a quiet little pocket in the 560033 zip code area. We have been here for a bit now, and the office is pretty much what you would expect for a company that does tracking and logistics work. We have computers, some desks, and a lot of paperwork piled up. The layout is a bit tucked away, so it is not as noisy as the main roads, which we actually like. It makes it easier to focus on the screens and the data we have to manage every day. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything. We just come in, check the status of things, and try to make sure everything is where it should be. The staff is local and most of us commute from nearby areas. We usually eat lunch together and talk about how much the city has changed over the years. It is a practical business and we don't try to dress it up with fancy language. If things are on track, we are happy. If there is a problem, we spend the day trying to fix it. It is just normal work in a normal part of Bangalore. We keep the doors open and the fans running, and that is about it for our daily routine. We like being tucked away in Karnataka where we can just get on with our jobs.
