You can find Towers Infotech at number 367 in Anand Nagar, Rajajinagar, near Vadasar. It’s a decent area to work in, though the traffic on the main road can be a nightmare during rush hour. Our office is a pretty plain space with some old wooden desks and chairs that squeak every time you move. We aren't the kind of place that spends money on fancy decor. The walls are painted a dull off-white and there’s an old clock that’s always five minutes slow. We have a small team of people who have been around for quite a while. We know each other’s families and what everyone likes to eat for lunch. Usually, we just order something from the small eatery downstairs and eat at our desks. There isn't much of a hierarchy here. If something needs to be cleaned or a heavy box needs moving, everyone helps out. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting different things that come up during the day. Sometimes it’s frustrating, but we just keep at it until it’s sorted. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We just want to do a good job so we can keep the lights on and come back tomorrow. It’s a regular life, and we are quite happy with it. Most days are pretty much the same, but we find ways to keep things interesting by joking around between tasks. It keeps the mood light when things get busy.
